Introduction:
Ever since the OnePlus 15 launched, I’ve been testing it continuously. And after much testing, today I’m going to share 10 important points that, once you understand them, won’t require you to go anywhere and be able to choose your new phone on your own. If you know, this time the OnePlus 15 has introduced the OP-gaming core. But the question arises, what’s its benefit? Simply put, three chips work together. But let me tell you which chips these are. The first chip is for the processor; the second is the new Wi-Fi G2 chip. This one help improve network performance because ping matters to gamers. Meaning, networks matter a lot. And the third is the touch response chip. As you can tell, if you touch the display, its response will be faster. In fact, OnePlus even claims that multi-finger is very helpful in gaming. So, if you do competitive gaming, I think this technology will help. And we’re getting 120fps in BGMI as well. We get an average of 119fps. But the important thing is that the fps we’re getting aren’t due to frame interpolation. For real, this phone is capable of achieving this much fps natively. This is a significant achievement. So, overall, OnePlus has brought significant changes to gaming.
7. Speakers:
Another point, number seven, is this phone’s speakers. They sound good, but the stereo speakers are certainly helpful for gaming. In testing, the separation seemed quite good. So, based on everything I’ve mentioned so far, we can say that OnePlus has made significant changes at the hardware level.
8. Software:
So now let’s talk about the software. Point number eight is about Oxygen OS. Simply put, this was the first new phone from OnePlus to come with Oxygen OS 16, which means it’s based on Android 16. And if you’ve used older OnePlus phones, they all felt very smooth. That’s a reality, no doubt. But the new Oxygen OS has changed; the animations have been improved even more. If you open any widget on the phone, its starting and ending points remain exactly the same. Therefore, Oxygen OS 16 can be called the smoothest UI in the industry right now.
And if I talk about AI features, Mind-Space is a big deal here. It’s essentially an AI-powered app. Any screenshots you take with this phone are saved there. It will also analyze these screenshots, giving you all the data in one place. In fact, Gemini and Mindspace are now integrated. So, OnePlus has made the software experience quite complete.
9. OnePlus 15 Camera:

First, OnePlus is no longer collaborating with Hazel Blade, and second, the OnePlus 15’s sensor has been slightly reduced compared to the OnePlus 13’s cameras.
